Ben Barfield
If you think all pastors are basically alike, think again. Ben is a church starter, pastor, comedian, and part time food-critic…and not necessarily in that order. He’s served in pastoral roles since graduating college and in most recent years as the Director of Assessments for the SEND Network.
Along with Austin they have co-pastored churches in Arizona and Nevada, and together they will tell you they have formed a David and Jonathan relationship. While they no longer live in the same state, they both have come together to produce a book that is sure to change the course of relationships in businesses and churches.
Austin Ryan
After leading worship and co-pastoring churches of all sizes in 4 different states since the age of 20, Austin started and leads Worship Catalyst, a non-profit ministry.
Since 2007 Worship Catalyst has existed to serve churches by training and developing skilled, godly worship leaders in every part of the world. He has written valuable teaching materials, released multiple podcasts, and continues training and mentoring leaders all over the world each week. He has a gift for inspiring, teaching, writing, and delivering critical truths in an authentic way that is never accompanied by fluff or pretension, but always a healthy dose of humor.
